Why am I getting a random Asian language on my iPhone? I never choose that language!
Go to 'Settings' -> 'General' -> 'International' -> 'Asian Font'. Set Japanese to Chinese, click on Save, and it should fix your problem.

How to uninstall
Since your appliation is installed via Cydia, you need to use Cydia to uninstall the application. Turn on Cydia, click on "Manage" -> "Packages" -> "Snapture" -> "Uninstall" -> "Confirm".
Phone freezes
Do you have applications running in the background? Each application that runs in the background can take resources away from Snapture, which could cause a slowdown or freezing. Try to avoid using applications like "backgrounder".
Low memory warning
Snapture shows low memory warning when it detects other applications are using too much memory. Please refer to the previous question for explanations.
How do I install Snapture?

How do I buy and activate Snapture Premium?
You can purchase Snapture at http://www.snapturelabs.com/istore. Once you receive the confirmation email of your purchase, simple turn on Snapture, click on 'info' and then click on 'activate'. Make sure your iPhone is connected to the internet during activation.
What kinds of payment methods do you support?

What is the return policy?
All Snapture sales are final. Snapture will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Will I get free updates if I purchase Snapture Premium?
Minor updates on version 2.0 will be free of charge to Snapture Premium customers, however major upgrades may cost extra.
What happens if I reformat my iPhone?
Once you purchase a license, it will always be associated with your iPhone's unique identification codes. You can simple re-download Snapture and activate your copy of the Snapture Premium.
What happens if I purchase a new iPhone?
We have no way of transferring your license to another iPhone once it is associated with an unique identification code. You will need to purchase another copy of Snapture in this case.
How do I use your program? Is there a guide?
Yes, there is a detailed help section built into the application. Simply click on 'Info' then 'Help.'
Why can't I use the QuickView system on the ad-supported version of the app?
The QuickView System is a feature that is only available on Snapture Premium. To activate the QuickView system, please purchase Snapture Premium on the "Info" page.
Why is geotagging not available on Snapture for iPhone Firmware 1.x?
Unfortunately Apple's Firmware 1.x does not have geotagging capabilities built in. Thus, geotagging is only available in versions compatible with Firmware 2.x.
Is Snapture available on all iPhones?
Snapture is available on jailbroken Original and 3G iPhones. However, since Apple has not yet opened up the necessary camera frameworks to port the app to SDK, Snapture is currently only limited to the jailbroken community.
Are there any plans to make Snapture available in the AppStore?
At this time, Apple has not yet opened up the necessary camera frameworks to port Snapture to SDK. However, we plan on making Snapture available on Apple's app store when the camera frameworks are opened up.
Is Snapture available in multiple languages?
Yes, currently Snapture is available in 12 languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Turkish, Polish, Japanese, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Italian, Danish and Russian.
Will Snapture be made available on other phones apart from the iPhone?
Yes, Snapture plans on developing its application on multiple mobile platforms in the near future - stay tuned!
